everything was simply excellent. spent 3 nights here with my sister, had a great stay overall. the staff was extremely polite and amazingly nice, as well as host. cafe was perfect for a breakfast.

The staff at In Centro B&B are exceptionally friendly and kind, reflecting a welcoming atmosphere. the stylish rooms are a highlight, featuring modern designs and amenities. the inclusion of a fridge adds convenience, while the coffee and tea-making facilities along with glassware are thoughtful details that enhance the overall experience.

Amazing staff and amazing location in the heart of the old city, everything was brand-new.

Extra touches like a safe, central heating, and an iron added to the experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and personable, making the stay even more enjoyable. the location was fantastic, just a short distance from the port.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, providing us with thorough recommendations and a city map with explanations.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. First of all, the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city center, close to everything. We were able to explore Naples easily, as all the main attractions and shops were just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The beautiful decoration of the hotel created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge. The staff provided outstanding service, with special mention to Roberta who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She gave us excellent tips on where to eat and what not to miss in terms of attractions. Even after we left, she kept in touch to make sure we arrived safely at our next destination. Lastly, the breakfast options were a delightful surprise. We were given vouchers to enjoy breakfast at two different bars, and the food and atmosphere were just fantastic.

What an amazing place to stay! the central location is great with easy access to transportation. the wonderful hostess, Roberta, offers personalized service that truly makes you feel at home. the clean and quiet rooms have excellent amenities such as a fridge for treats and drinks. the old-style lift provides a unique experience. Breakfast is typical Italian, and it's a nice opportunity to visit one of the cafes nearby.

The hotel nameplate outside may be hard to locate since the hotel is nestled inside a residential building.

The location of In Centro B&B was superb, right in the heart of the old city, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was quiet and peaceful, located at the back of the building. The shower had good pressure and the overall cleanliness of the place was super clean. We loved the fabulous decor and the personalized attention we received from the hostess. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The location was great, very central and close to restaurants and cafes. The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the fact that we could choose between two options for breakfast, which was a nice touch.

Our romantic escape turned out to be a disaster due to the lack of privacy in the room. There was no soundproofing and we could hear everything going on in the hallway and neighboring rooms.
